Meeting at “Royal Bath House (Ulpange) in Kandy”
A meeting was held on 8th September, 2021 to discuss the AFCP project at the Royal Bathing Pavilion located at the edge of the Kandy Lake. Prof. Anura Manatunga, Director General of Archaeology, Assistant Director Architectural conservation, Civil Engineer, and other Sri Lankan Project team officers for the Ambassadors Fund for Cultural Preservation, met at the site to discuss details. A tentative work plan was discussed to carry out the project despite the restrictions caused by the COVID 19 pandemic.
