National Archaeology Symposium 2026
Call for Abstracts
The National Archaeology Symposium, which annually commemorates the National Archaeology Day, will be held in July 2026 and will be a platform for sharing the research results of the junior and senior scholars engaged in the Archaeology field.
Medium : Sinhala, English, Tamil
Facts to be considered :
- General guidelines for abstracts and full papers:
- The objective, methodology, problem and result of the reaserch paper should be clearly stated.
- Font: 12 point, font type - Times New Roman
- Document type: MS Word
- Page: A4 page size, 1.5 inches left and 1 inch left margin, and 1.5 line spacing
- The maximum number of abstracts that can be submitted by one person is 2.
- Maximum 5 Keywords and for abstracts, maximum 300 words.
- It should be ensured that the research has not been published anywhere before.
- The written consent of the co-authors submitting group papers should be submitted along with the abstract
- Special attention will be given to the new researches
- The lanuage used should be accurate and clear.

- Officers of the institutes related to Archaeology
- Lectures of the faculties of Archaeology or related subjects
- Graduates of Archaeology or related subjects
- Field researchers of Archaeology
- Scholars endorsed by a fellow member of the National Archaeologists’ Council

සාරාංශ මාර්ගෝපදේශ
136 වන පුරාවිද්යා දිනයට සමගාමීව පුරාවිද්යා දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව මඟින් පවත් වනු ලබන ජාතික පුරාවිද්යා සමුළුව 2026 ජූලි මාසයේ දී පැවැත්වේ. පුරාවිද්යා ක්ෂේත්රයේ ආධුනික හා ප්රවීණ විද්යාර්ථයින්ගේ විෂය සමගාමී පර්යේෂණ ප්රතිළුල බෙදාහදා ගැනීම මෙහි අරමුණ වේ.
අයදුම් කිරීම
- පුරාවිද්යා විෂය හා සම්බන්ධ ආයතනවල නිලධාරින්
- විශ්වවිද්යාලවල පුරාවිද්යාව හා පුරාවිද්යාව සමගාමී අධ්යයන අංශවල ආචාර්යවරුන්
- පුරාවිද්යාව හා සමගාමී විෂයන්ට අදාළ උපාධිධාරින්
- පුරාවිද්යා ක්ෂේත්ර පර්යේෂකයන්
- පුරාවිද්යා සභාවේ අධිසාමාජිකයන් විසින් සහතික කරන විද්යාර්ථයින්
සාරාංශ සහ සම්පූර්ණ පත්රිකා සඳහා පොදු මාර්ගෝපදේශ:
- අරමුණ ක්රමවේදය, ගැටලුව සහ ප්රතිළුලය සාරාංශයේ පැහැදිලිව සටහන් විය යුතු ය.
- අකුරු: 12 ප්රමාණය, අක්ෂර වර්ගය - FMAbhaya
- ලේඛන වර්ගය: MS Word
- පිටුව: A4 පිටු ප්රමාණය, වම් පස අඟල් 1.5 සහ අනෙකුත් පැති සඳහා අඟල් 1 බැගින් ඉඩක් තැබිය යුතු අතර පේළි පරතරය 1. 5ක් විය යුතුය
- ප්රමුඛ පද 5ක නොවැඩි විය යුතු අතර සාරාංශ පත්රිකා සඳහා උපරිම වචන 300 කි.
- එක් අයෙකුට ඉදිරිපක් කළ හැකි උපරිම සාරාංශ පත්රිකා ප්රමාණය 2කි.
- මීට පෙර කිසිම තැනක පළ නොකළ පර්යේෂණයක් බව සහතික කළ යුතු ය.
- සමූහ පත්රිකා ඉදිරිපත් කරන සම කර්තෘන්ගේ ලිඛිත එකඟතාවය සාරාංශ පත්රිකාව සමඟ යොමු කළ යුතු ය
- කර්තෘන් හා සම කර්තෘන්ගේ ජීව දත්ත තොරතුරු (නම, ආයතනය, විද්යුත් ලිපිනය, වට්ස්ඇප් අංකය, දුරකතන අංකය) වෙන වෙන ම එවිය යුතු ය.
- නව පර් යේෂණ කෙරෙහි ප්රමුඛතාවය සලකා බැලේ.
- භාෂාවේ නිවරදි බව හා පැහැදිලි බව තිබිය යුතු ය.
