A gold (⅛ ) aka coin. The stylized human figure facing right wearing a dhoti. The sanka mark on the right hand held up towards the face with the elbow close. A headdress on the back of the head. Below the right is a lamp-like sign. All symbols are surrounded by a dotted circular line. |

All characters are surrounded by a dotted line. The dotted line is not marked in some places due to manufacturing errors. In the middle of this dot pattern is written a text in Ardha Nagari script (Daraka). There is a dot mark above the letter Ra. |

It has been mentioned in the documents of the University of Kelaniya that it is assumed that it was found in the vicinity of the Jaffna Kantharodaya archeological site. |
