Around the coin are two narrow circular rims. There are 4 Telugu characters in the middle. Inscribed with the text Vijaya, it implies victory. |

It has been mentioned in the documents of the University of Kelaniya that it is assumed that it was found in the vicinity of the Jaffna Kantharodaya archeological site. |
