Obverse

An Amman cash coin in South East India. Around the coin are two concentric circles. The second circle is drawn as a dotted line. In the center of the coin is an image of Goddess Brihadh-ambal, the presiding deity of the Pudukkotta rulers.

Reverse

Around the coin are two narrow circular rims. There are 4 Telugu characters in the middle. Inscribed with the text Vijaya, it implies victory.

Place of find

It has been mentioned in the documents of the University of Kelaniya that it is assumed that it was found in the vicinity of the Jaffna Kantharodaya archeological site.
