Obverse

A Duit Coin. A solid concentric circle surrounds the coin. In its center is the Crowned Coat of Arms of West Prisland that produced the coin. On the emblem, there are two figures of lions in a walking posture towards the left side.

Reverse

The main symbol is the VOC monogram in the center of the coin. Below the symbol is the year 1754. Above the VOC mark, there is a cock as the Mint mark and the dot mark on both sides.

Place of find

It has been mentioned in the documents of the University of Kelaniya that it is assumed that it was found in the vicinity of the Jaffna Kantharodaya archeological site.
